Companies are provided with concrete tools and tested solutions to enable employees with disabilities to enter and function in regular jobs on a long-term basis. In addition, job coaches, students, and labor market intermediaries will have enhanced knowledge and skills to use inclusive technology in a targeted manner. Practical experiences and lessons learned will also be widely shared, allowing good examples to be scaled up more quickly. Finally, cross-border cooperation between Flanders and the Netherlands will ensure a sustainable exchange of expertise and a greater impact on an inclusive labor market.
