   ‘‘Together it works’’

RESULTS:

During the life cycle of the project, the partners strive for several outcomes:

1. A complete toolkit for teachers, focusing on the "Big 6" elements - physical activity, sleep, screen time, alcohol and tobacco, and healthy eating. This toolkit includes teaching materials and activities for integration into education.

2. A web application with a visual interface similar to ClassDojo, focusing on the "Big 6" elements, to help students learn a healthier lifestyle in an engaging way.

3. A course on a Learning Management System that contains useful knowledge about teaching physical education with digital tools, including the "Big 6" elements.

GOALS:

The project aims to test an educational intervention on mobile devices, aimed at teenagers, to promote physical activity by:

1. Creating awareness about the importance of physical activity and healthy habits.

2. Supporting physical education teachers in developing motivational lessons.

3. Promote the habit of daily physical activity and raise teenagers' awareness of its importance.

4. Develop a fun and engaging mobile application based on gamification to motivate teenagers to be active.
