Foundation Knowledge Center PRO WORK promotes the career development of people with a (significant) distance to the labor market, skilled workers and other target groups, who need coaching, training and guidance in a wide range of sectors and themes both nationally and internationally. PRO WORK can be considered a so-called center of excellence, as we are a public institution with an independent entity. PRO WORK was founded in the Netherlands as a result of a number of large national and international projects. PRO WORK also has experience in developing quality structures within various projects and professional groups through a wide range of methods, tools and techniques, both at the operational and political levels.

PRO WORK often cooperates with a consortium of organizations, regional training centers, government (local, regional, national, European), representatives of sectors. We know many other (European) knowledge centers focus on a wide variety of target groups. The foundation is also involved in the development and implementation of innovations in the field of (vocational) education and training. PRO WORK offers a broad professional approach, realizing structural innovation in a demand-driven way.
