RESULTS:
-
Redesign/development of part-time vocational training in various sectors by integrating JO methodology, vocational training and practical experience;
-
Training of teaching staff;
-
Promotion of offerings and recruitment of participants through UWV workplaces;
-
Structural cooperation of ROCs, entrepreneurs, the UWV (regional) and the Chamber of Commerce (regional) in the design, content and coordination of part-time vocational training offerings.
The choice was made to renew partly existing networks (such as the cooperation between ROCs and UWV Werkplein) and to expand these networks with new networks. Indeed, there appeared to be a need for intensification, professionalization and formalization of cooperation between ROCs, UWV Werkplein, the Chamber of Commerce, entrepreneurs and Foundation Knowledge Center PRO WORK. This allowed the use of the knowledge, materials and infrastructure of the Foundation for Young Entrepreneurship (JO). However, JO did not participate as a partner in the project, but had agreed to serve as a sounding board.
Stimulate, implement and structurally embed entrepreneurship in vocational education with a focus on the coherence of, and opportunities for, ROC part-time education, combined with professional development, entrepreneurship and practical experience for adults and profiling from the UWV workplaces (the central meeting place for adults, business and education).
