Transfer innovative methods and techniques for low-cost ways of certification that provides a progressive route to the EQF;

Creating better understanding for designing methods for assessing competency-based qualifications for learning outcomes of mainly learners with learning disabilities.

Testing and evaluating the attractiveness of outcome-based qualifications for learners with disabilities in relation to the following vocationally-oriented subjects: Clean room processing, order picker, Facilities services, Catering, Safe working / Workplace safety, Packaging, 'Green' jobs, Construction;

Provide support for an (EQF-supported) MBO e-learning programme for SEN learners based on ECVET (European Classification for Vocational Educational Training) principles;

Less barrier to formal qualifications for SEN learners, especially those with disabilities.
The need for an international standard for certifying students with special educational needs (including those with disabilities) in secondary education.

Ensure a focus on transparency for all skills that are easy to read and compare

Support credit accumulation and transfer for pre-vocational education;
