RESULTS:

The project has an impact on job seekers with disabilities, companies and organizations with vacancies. The project also has an impact on the system of supply and demand in the labor market as a whole and thus a change in mentality. In addition, vacancies are filled by people who are still at a distance from the labor market.

The TENDER project promotes individual matching between regular vacancies and job seekers with disabilities through intermediaries. The priorities are inclusion and professionalization for that specific target group. The project delivers:

A web application to make the target group visible with a person profile.

A method by which intermediaries support employers in creating a job profile that matches the target group.

A layout of the web application such that intermediaries can match between a job profile and a person profile.

Based on 6 participating countries in which each country reaches 15 intermediaries with the masterclass program: we want to ensure that each intermediary involved makes 5 successful matches through the use of the tools. Thus, the goal is to get a total of 450 people distanced from the labor market in the respective countries through the tools.
The number of people with labor disabilities working is gradually increasing. The TENDER project expects more opportunities for people with labor disabilities in the labor market. It offers a solution to the increasing shortages in various sectors (including education and care).
Intermediaries need better matching options based on more specific parameters. Parameters that better deal with the potential and abilities of people with disabilities.
The project delivers:
The workable parameters needed to achieve a match. Unlike the already existing parameters for hard and soft skills, experience and transversal skills, these parameters are mainly based on environmental flexibility (to what extent you can function in a specific environment);
Understanding how to formulate the demand that leads to the employment of a job seeker with a disability. Not all jobs are immediately suitable for the job seeker with a disability. Sometimes part-time work is better or the requirements for competence and environmental flexibility are not appropriate.
